Insured accident

Insured accidents are the following:

Wreck or damage of the property as a result of fire and attendant risks (explosion, crashes of heating, water and sewerage systems);
Earthquake and other nature emergency situations (thunderbolt, flood, storm, hurricane, downpour, hail, landslide, activity of subsoil waters, mudflow);
Crash (including crash of vehicles);
Intentional activities of third persons (stealing, embezzlement, hijacking).

In case insured accident happens, the Insured has to inform the Insurer immediately and also if possible take reasonable and available in the current circumstances measures to minimize possible damage. At the same time the Insured has to follow the Insurer's instructions undeviatingly.
